Avocado Chocolate Mousse With Toasted Pistachios.
(Makes two chocolate mousses)
50g chopped toasted pistachios to garnish
Purée the avocado until smooth.
Stir in the agave/soft brown sugar, vanilla extract and put into your pots and chill. Serve topped with the toasted pistachios.
