COURSE DESCRIPTION

A course of six evening classes of hands-on cooking plus demonstrations in a relaxed atmosphere.  Recipes are simple and ideal for getting ahead.  Wine & supper included.

Pineapple with Lime & Chilli Dressing

Week 3

Fish Pie
Salmon in Filo Pastry
Creamy Leeks
Banoffee Pie

 

Week 4

Chicken Pie
Chicken Chorizo
Roasted Vegetable
Couscous
Chocolate Roulade

Week 5

Boeuf Bourguignon
Mediterranean Spaghetti
Salad
Pavlova with Fruit Coulis

Week 6

Moussaka
Roast Leg of Lamb, Roast Potatoes & Onion Sauce
Tarte Tatin

The first dish listed is taken home for later in the week
