For those who already know their way around a kitchen, this one-week Intermediate Cookery Course will give students the ability to cook for parties, work in chalets, on yachts or cook for families in the holidays.
Vegetarian and dietary requirements can be catered for on request, but time restraints mean meal alternatives will not be covered in the demonstrations
