Good afternoon Avenue fans!

Today is a bloomin’ glorious day at The Avenue – it’s National Nutella Day baby and we are here to help you celebrate it in style…as always! 😎

We’ve put our thinking caps on this afternoon and had a rummage through our all-time favourite recipes to see what wonderful nutty chocolaty creations we can knock up! For those of you that haven’t already tried our white-choccy cheesecake, you’re about to be amazed…it’s our infamous cheesecake recipe with a delectable Nutella twist!

Here we have it…

Nutella Cheesecake Recipe!

Ingredients:

550g Philadelphia cream cheese
300ml double cream
300g Nutella
250g digestives biscuits
125g butter
top with quartered strawberries

Method:

Crush the biscuits and mix with the melted butter then add to a cake tin and pat firmly until flat. Leave to set in the fridge for approximately 30 minutes.

Mix the Philadelphia cheese, double cream and Nutella until fully combined then spoon the mixture over the set biscuit base and return to the fridge to cool for as long as possible, until the topping is set.

Finally, decorate with fruit or another topping and enjoy! 😙
