These evenings classes are a fun and hands-on way to learn how to cook some more interesting dishes which will give you extra dynamo in the kitchen and expand your repertoire. This one is for those who are looking for some great inspiration for their dinner parties with forward planning in mind!

Evenings 7pm – around 10.30pm (dinner and bottomless booze included)

Vegetarian and dietary requirements can be catered for on request, but time restraints mean meal alternatives will not be demoed 

Product Description

Our hugely popular Dinner Party Dining Classes offer evenings involving cooking new and interesting dinner party dishes to impress your guests, while having fun doing it!

This class will ensure you leave feeling capable of producing a three course evening meal for your friends and family at home in the most efficient way possible. We want to teach you how to be organised and prepare as much as you can before your guests arrive so that they can enjoy your company – after all that is why they are coming round and of course the delicious food!

You will be greeted with a glass of wine, which we will keep topped up throughout the evening, and some fresh hot homemade bread.  Once you have made yourself at home the fun continues with a lively and interesting demonstration of the 2 courses you will cook that evening with lots of extra useful tips and tricks. Feel free to ask as many questions as you like and write down all of the useful information we give you in your recipe booklet.

Having cooked your delicious dinner you get to sit down, relax and enjoy the fruits of your labour! The dishes vary depending on which evening you book, for more information about the menus of each evening please see below.

Chefs will prep some of the recipes due to time restraints, but you will be taught how to make everything on the menu.
