Learn to cook and present stunning plates of food but without the stress. Easy Entertaining is just that!

Our amazing chef Ben will be running these four hands-on evenings of divine dishes; seasonal, delicious, versatile and a joy to make, freeing you up to talk to your guests rather than being a slave to the stove. You’ll enjoy your three courses with ample Avenue House Wine and leave with the knowledge, techniques and confidence to do it all over again…with ease!

Kicking off our first class showcasing the best of British produce then, whether you consider Pisco to be Peruvian or Chilean (it really does depend on who you ask), the next class’s dishes reflect the continent’s indigenous as well as European influence with our South American evening.

On the third of these glorious evenings, we will be taking a culinary trip from the home of Romesco to the Provençal coastline ending up in Northern Italy; these dishes are delicious classics for a reason and a joy to make!

Last but by no means least, on our fourth and final evening we will be starting in Greece and heading for the Middle East; these dishes are as colourful as they are tasty!
