Our Fish Class will teach you how to fillet, cook and present fish along with prepping and cooking other seafood’s.
The class will start with a demonstration that will cover:
Fish Baked in Salt
Tuna Steak with Salsa
Squid – Calamari with Sweet Chilli
You will get to try the food that is demonstrated and then get to make 2 courses including a variety of fish and seafood, including filleting a fish to use for your main course. You will be taught many different methods of cooking and tips on how to tell when your fish is cooked!
Having cooked up a storm you will eat dinner round the dining table, with the rest of the group.
Get a ‘stamp’ for each class you book and for each friend you recommend. 10 stamps = a free class!
