Product Description

Come and get your cook on at our Healthy Eating Class, where you will learn some great healthy dishes that are quick and easy to make and aren’t going to leave you hungry or dying for that chocolate bar or packet of crisps!

If you think healthy food has to be exclusively bland salads and birdlike food, think again – we will develop your repertoire by teaching you some of our tried and tested recipes. However, at The Avenue we don’t believe in just mindlessly following a recipe, so we will make you understand the food you are preparing and learn the processes.

We don’t abide by ridiculous diets we believe in healthy eating. Yes, it is ok to indulge occasionally but Healthy Eating should not just be when summer is on it’s way!  We have evolved to eat ridiculous sized portions and 3 courses – realistically we don’t need this amount of food. By healthy eating we don’t mean a liquid diet, we mean to eat realistic amounts of food that isn’t deep fried and swimming in cheese.

The recipes here can be eaten by the whole family.  There should be no need to have separate meals for adults and kids, this will only encourage fussy eating!
