Come along and spice up your Sunday with this Indian Street Food Class, which is being taught by Indian guest chef Hari Ghotra!
This 4 hour class is designed to introduce you to some of the most well known Indian street-food dishes from Vegetable Samosas to Lamb kebabs. The class takes a hands on approach with you cooking everything from scratch from the spiced potato filling of the samosa to the crispy pastry and some fresh tangy chutneys.
Hari will take you through the importance of creating marinades and what makes tandoori cooking so special as well as teaching you some basic techniques to get the most out of your spices to enjoy real authentic Indian flavours. To finish the session Hari will give you a spice masterclass focusing on the 7 key spices from the Indian spice tin.
