Our authentic Spanish Tapas Class will be taught by our Spanish chef, who will not only teach you how to cook fantastically delicious tapas but will also teach you how to present your dishes.

Evenings 7pm – around 10.30pm (dinner and bottomless booze included)

Product Description

Dreaming of those garlic prawns or delicious Spanish Tortilla you had in Spain? Dive straight into Spanish gastronomy and learn about their key ingredients and cooking them like a local! This Spanish Tapas Class is taught by our very own Spanish chef, Monica Gil Ruiz, where she will teach you how to master this most loved Spanish food tradition – tapas. Perfect for entertaining and sharing!

Our fun and hands on tapas class will give you the confidence to host an impressive Spanish feast while you also socialise over a glass (or several!) of vino provided by us!

You will be greeted with some authentic Spanish nibbles and a glass of wine. Once you have made yourself at home we will continue the fun with a lively and exciting demonstration of some of the dishes you will cook that evening. We will teach you the essentials behind some of the most famous Spanish dishes and we will inspire you with new modern variations including presentation ideas. You will then enjoy the fruits of your labour around our sharing table while you mingle with the rest of the guests – Spanish style!
