Our Yoga Cookery Class is a great way to learn something new both for fitness and in the kitchen.
Come straight from work and join us for a beginners, relaxed and invigorating yoga session with the amazing yogi Claire, followed by a light and healthy supper that you will get to cook yourselves after a fun and informative demonstration.
In the demonstration we will teach you how to prepare and make delicious but healthy food with sustainable products.
At the end of the class you will get to sit down with new or old friends and enjoy the food you have just created!
