Lots of fun. Nice place. Easy to get to. Did it in a large group where we were the only ones there. So we all knew each other so difficult to say how atmosphere would be with mixed groups. Wouldn’t do it solo as set up is for 2’s with 4 per island.

Now I can boil an egg and cover in  beurre monte, hollandaise sauce, all thanks to the lovely super knowledgeable Diana and her helpful tips !!!  Didn't think that a simple omelette could taste so good!! She made me feel so welcome and at ease. Will definitely book again with this school Just finished the week at The Avenue Cookery school 'Really Useful Course ...' All the staff are professional, helpful and friendly, which makes this fast paste course  enjoyable.
