This week may have been a short one but it hasn’t been any less busy, with kids classes, our Fish Class, and even a celebrity visitor, Katie Price!

The week started off on Tuesday with the lovely Lois’ 10th birthday party. The kids whipped up delicious tagliatelle followed by humous and a birthday meringue roulade with candles for pudding! Yummy!

On Wednesday, we cleaned up our act with our Healthy Eating Class. Richard taught the students how to cook and prepare a deliciously light Salmon and Bok Choi Papilotte with Coconut Black Rice followed by a healthy Cardamon Yoghurt Pana Cotta with Pomegranate Seeds! See? Healthy Eating does not need to be boring!

Thursday was a very exciting day, as we were paid a visit by a very special celebrity guest! The fabulous Katie Price rolled up in her hot pink Range Rover for a private sushi class with Richard. Keep an eye our for us on your screens in July!

That night we hosted our second ever Fish Class. Fishmonger Fred Alsop taught students all thing fishy; Scallops, En Papillote, Fish Baked in Salt, Moules Marinier, Tuna Steak and Calamari! Scrumptious!

We are not slowing down for the weekend! Come and try our world-famous brownies at our stand at this year’s Surrey Food Fair on Saturday, and have a chat about all things food! Richard will be staying in London to man the field for this Sunday’s Kids Weekend Cookery Class, teaching the little ones how to make the perfect Hazlenut and Meringue Roulade.

And next week promises to be as busy at the last, with Ladies Who Lunch, our Pasta Workshop Supper ClubDinner Party Dining Class and Sunday Brunch!
