This past week at The Avenue Cookery School…

Saturday – We were kept busy with an Italian themed Hen party and a private Mocktail party for 30 kids

Sunday – Private Kitchen hire means that the Avenue team had a well earned day of rest!

Monday – Diana visited Hampstead school and gave a food and nutrition talk to over 80 students. This was followed by The Cookery Club class at 12pm where we were teaching our guests all they needed to know about dips, pates along with a lunch of Caramelised Chicory.

Tuesday – Love was in the air with a singles evening – organised with professional matchmakers Rendezvous.

Wednesday – We hosted two classes, our daytime Simple Suppers class and the first of our young and fun evening Dinner Party Dining class. We had great fun with all the guests and made some delicious food, including Thai Baked Chicken, Focaccia and Hazlenut Meringue Roulade.

Thursday – We had a bit of thyme on our hands so we made a delicious Guinness and Thyme Stew to get in the mood for St Patrick’s Day.

Friday – We’re slaving away in the office today whilst Richard prepares for his DofE Bronze class.  Sophie has just published our new course of Gluten Free Classes.
