These BBQ Chicken Wings are quick to make, and will be eaten just as fast! They’re the perfect food for a weekend BBQ, or a Friday night in – bucket anyone?!
8 chicken wings
4 tbsp clear honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
Tabasco sauce to taste
1 clove garlic
zest and juice of 1 orange
3 tbsp wine vinegar
Get your BBQ fired up or preheat the oven to 200C.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Coat the chicken wings with the sauce and put them in an ovenproof dish. Place in the pre-heated oven and cook for 30 minutes.
If BBQ’ing whack on the grill until deliciously charred and cooked through.
And the best bit…you eat these with your fingers so there’s less washing up!
