For those coffee and ice cream addicts out there we are celebrating #UKCoffeeWeek with a Creamy Coffee Ice Cream. Add more coffee if you like a kick!
Ingredients:
400ml milk
200ml cream
35g skimmed milk powder
1tbsp instant coffee granules
20g cornflour
100g sugar
3 caps of vanilla extract
Method:
Put the dry ingredients into a pan and then while on a medium heat, slowly add the milk and cream, whisking to get rid of lumps.
Heat until a custard consistency.
Add into an ice cream machine and churn.
