Our popular Dinner Party Dining Class has been given the Food and Travel seal of approval! The lovely Ellie came along to our class and cooked up a storm; a delicious Iced Tomato Soup with Parmesan Croutons for start, followed by Apricot Stuffed Ballotine of Chicken with Seasonal Vegetables and an Almond and Parma Ham Butter and then a Banana Crumble with a Salted Caramel Ice Cream for dessert. And by all accounts she had a bloody marvellous time!
