The lovely Helen has been joining our classes since October 2021. She has taken part in quite a few of our classes which include Sushi & Cocktails, Falafel Workshop, Mexican Street Food, Doughnut Workshop, Scone Workshop and our Pasta Workshop.
We asked Helen, what her favourite class was at The Avenue, and she said, “Honestly, I’ve loved them all. The classes are excellent with easy-to-follow recipes and instructions which result in delicious dishes being made! I just love learning new things to cook.”
When asked, ‘what’s been your favourite thing to cook’, Helen said, “The Mushroom Ravioli by far. I love ravioli and am so happy that I now know how to make it myself!” – We couldn’t agree more with Helen here, fresh, homemade pasta is simply unbeatable! 🍝
We asked which class Helen would like to do in the future, and she said, “Ooh, I have my eye on the Beef Wellington or French Cooking Class next. Just want to keep expanding on my skills!
When we asked Helen for any final comments, she said, “I can highly recommend The Avenue Cookery School. The staff are friendly, it’s easy to book onto the classes, they have such a wide variety of classes and you receive the easy-to-follow recipes the next working day.”
