This deliciously fruity mango and avocado salsa goes great with seared tuna steak or grilled chicken! It’s so simple and quick to make and can be made in advance to let the flavours develop. Perfect for wowing friends at your next dinner party!

Mango Salsa Recipe

Ingredients

1 small mango
1 ripe avocado
3 tbs coriander, finely chopped
1 red onion, finely chopped
1 small red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
Juice and zest of one lime
salt and pepper

Method

Peel and finely chop the mango and avocado.

Combine all the ingredients and season to taste.

Serve immediately or leave to rest for 3 hours.
