175g dark chocolate
1 can condensed milk
275g digestive biscuits, broken up
50g mini marshmallows
200g Cadbury’s Dairy Milk
Melt the butter in a pan and then remove from the heat.
Add the chocolate and leave to melt.
Stir until combined.
Add the condensed milk and then the marshmallows and broken digestives. (This can be done by placing the biscuits in a bag and crumbling with a rolling pin − not too fine.)
Turn out into a lined tin, approximately 33 x 22cm, and chill.
Once set, melt the milk chocolate and spread very thinly over the top.
Chill and cut into squares.
