Being a family-run school who love to extend our ever-growing family of Amigos, we thought it was fitting to introduce you to some of our most regular and loyal.
On the last day of each month, we will share with you the story of a chosen Amigo* with our ‘Amigo of the Month’ and a little shout out to say, THANK YOU for being so awesome and loving The Avenue as much as we do!

First up….

Alistair Lee

Alistair is 14 and has been joining our many classes at the Avenue for 5 years now, which means he was only 9 years old when he first whipped up a storm in The Avenue Kitchens!

He is a big lover of anything sweet or savoury, but he says his favourite sweet recipe has to be our Chocolate Roulade (perfect for any dinner party, or even to just enjoy on the sofa with a spoon!!) and his favourite savoury recipe has to be Diana’s Bread or perhaps our Quiche recipe – good choices!

When we asked Alistair what his favourite class at The Avenue was he didn’t have a definite answer, but just said anything where Richard is teaching! That is a true bromance right there!!

Thank you for being such a loyal amigo Alistair and we can’t wait to see you in our kitchens again very soon!!!
