Biggin’ it up to all those that do their bit! We are honouring #WorldVeganDay today, the first day of #NationalVeganMonth. In reverse order, starting with a pud, we thought we would give you a sweet treat with our Vegan Banana and Coconut Crumble recipe! You’ll go absolutely bananas for it! 🍌

Vegan Banana and Coconut Crumble
(Serves 4)

Ingredients:
6 bananas, peeled and sliced.
Crumble:
110g butter
100g flour
100g desiccated coconut
110g sugar

Method:

Pre-heat the oven to 190C.

Rub the butter, sugar and flour together to form a crumb like texture.

Layer the bananas in a ramekin and sprinkle the crumble mixture over them.

Cook for 30 minutes.
