(Makes 1) Ingredients: 25ml plum sake 25ml St.Germain 15ml yuzu Tonic water Method Shake the plum sake, St. Germain and yuzu over ice in a cocktail shaker. Pour into a large wine glass over ice and stir for a few seconds. Top with tonic and garnish.
