Our Basic to Brilliant Cooking Course does exactly what it says on the tin. Taking you from the very basics in the first week, which is our Really Useful Course/Off to Uni Course, to bloomin’ brilliant in the second week, which is our Intermediate Cookery Course.
You will leave with a new level of kitchen confidence you didn’t think possible!
N.B. 23rd April course runs Tuesday – Saturday for the first week and the Monday – Friday the second week due to Easter weekend.
Vegetarian, LF and GF dietary requirements can be catered for on request, but time restraints mean meal alternatives will not be covered in the demonstrations
Accommodation is an optional extra, available in friendly local family run B&B’s. Breakfast included and supper on class days.
