Ingredients
1 shallot
1 knob of ginger
1 clove garlic, puréed
1½ tbs rice vinegar
1 tbs sriracha
3 tbs light soy sauce
100ml oil

Method

Put all of the ingredients into a jar and shake.

Drizzle over salad or meat for a deliciously light dressing.
