Have a go at our scrumptious recipe for these tasty weekend/weekday/any-time-of-day treats!


120g flour
2 tbs sugar
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 banana, mashed
2 large eggs
200ml milk
1 cap vanilla extract
20g unsalted butter, melted
maple syrup


Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

In a separate bowl, mash the banana with a fork until almost smooth.
Whisk in the eggs before adding the milk and vanilla extract, then whisk until well blended.

Pour the banana mixture and melted butter into the flour mix and mix until fully combined. The batter will be thick and lumpy.

On a medium heat, melt butter in a non stick pan.
To cook, put a spoonful of batter in the pan and when bubbling on the top flip it over and cook until golden.
Repeat until the batter is finished.

Drizzle with maple syrup to serve and bon appétit!
