Ingredients
250g beetroot, skinless and cooked
75g walnuts, lightly toasted
1 clove garlic, puréed
1 tbs tahini
1 lemon, juice of
2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
seasoning to taste
Method
Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until you reach the desired texture.
Season to taste and serve.
