Ingredients
250g unsalted butter
125g dark muscovado sugar
125g golden caster sugar
50ml bourbon
300ml double cream
maldon salt
Method
In a saucepan, melt the butter and add both sugars.
Bring to the boil and then add the bourbon and double cream.
Simmer for 5 mins until it turns a deep, golden colour and add salt to taste.
