With Autumn knocking on our door, we wanted to share with you one of our ultimate favourite, cosy-day treats 🍁
Picture the scene, you’re snuggled under a blanket with your favourite book, a steaming cuppa tea and a big, buttery flapjack! Does it get better than that?
1 tbs golden syrup
Pre-heat the oven to 180C.
In a pan, heat the butter and golden syrup together until fully combined.
Remove from the heat and add the sugar, oats and a pinch of salt.
Place into a lined tin and bake for 15-20 minutes or until just golden.
Cut into desired shape while still warm and leave to cool in the tin.
