These flapjacks are to die for, and you can even add peanut butter if you are feeling extra nutty!
2tbs golden syrup
optional – 65g peanut butter (Mani Life is the best!)
Heat oven to 190C
Heat butter in a pan.
Add the sugar and golden syrup, and boil until it smells like caramel (about 4-5 minutes).
Then pour the caramel over the oats and (optional – add in the peanut butter) then mix until combined.
Add to a lined 20×20 and bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden.
Leave to cool and set in the tin at least 2 hours, then slice and most importantly enjoy!
