225g dark chocolate
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
200g caster sugar
3 large eggs,beaten
150g ground almonds
100g Cadburys chocolate, chopped
Preheat the oven to 170°C. Melt the butter on a low heat in a saucepan and then add the chocolate off the heat.
When the chocolate is melted add the vanilla and sugar.
Beat the eggs into the pan along with the ground almonds. In a 24cm/9-inch square lined baking tin, sprinkle the chopped chocolate and pour over the chocolate mixture.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, by which time the top will have set but the mixture will still be gooey.
N.B. Can use 100g chopped Walnuts instead of the Cadburys Chocolate or any nut of your choice!
