Ingredients:
50-100g tahini
100ml water
1 tin chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1-2 clove garlic (pasted)
1 lemon, juice
seasoning
Method:
Into a blender add the water and turn on and very slowly add the tahini until smooth.
Add the chickpeas, garlic and some lemon juice.
Process and season with more lemon juice if needed and salt and pepper.
