Ingredients
75ml coffee
15ml sugar syrup
25ml whisky
cream

Method

Pour the hot coffee into a mug or glass, then add the whiskey and sugar.

Stir until the sugar has dissolved.

In a cocktail shaker, shake the cream with ice.

Using the back of a spoon, gently pour the cream on top so it floats and sprinkle with nutmeg.

Serve hot.
