We’ve had our thinking caps on this afternoon and had a rummage through our all-time favourite recipes to see what wonderfully nutty chocolaty creations we can knock up! For those of you that haven’t already tried our White-Choccy Cheesecake, you’re about to be amazed…it’s our popular cheesecake recipe with a delectable Nutella twist!
Here we have it…
Nutella Cheesecake Recipe!
300ml double cream
250g digestives biscuits
strawberries, quartered for garnish
Crush/blend the biscuits and mix with the melted butter.
Push into the base of a cake tin and leave to set in the fridge for approximately 30 minutes.
Mix the Philadelphia, double cream and Nutella until fully combined.
Spoon the mixture over the set biscuit base and return to the fridge to cool for as long as possible, until set.
Finally, top with fruit or another topping of choice and enjoy!🤤
