(Makes 10)

Ingredients
75g salted butter
300g flour
75g sugar
20g baking powder
95ml milk
1 egg (egg wash)

Method:

Pre-heat oven to 200C.

Rub butter & flour together and then add sugar and baking powder. Finally add the milk and cream.

Roll out 2.5/3cm thick. Cut to shape and egg wash.

Bake for 13 mins then turn over for another 3 mins, until golden.
