Big fan of the classic British Cream Tea? Well, you will fall head over heels for this recipe.
75g salted butter
20g baking powder
1 egg (egg wash)
Pre-heat oven to 200C.
Rub butter & flour together and then add sugar and baking powder. Finally, add the milk and cream.
Roll out 2.5/3cm thick. Cut to shape and egg wash.
Bake for 13 mins then turn over for another 3 mins, until golden.
