Our second wine-inspired recipe for London Wine Week is this delicious Sangria. Simple to make and deliciously refreshing, it’s the perfect pairing for some of the recipes from out Spanish Tapas Class. Stay tuned for our final recipe, coming Friday!
3 Parts red wine
1 Part orange juice (preferably not from concentrate)
2 Parts lemonade
Mix the red wine, orange juice and lemonade in the jug, adding more of each according to taste and strength.
Serve in glasses over ice and garnish with the fresh mint and sliced oranges and lemons.
