How to fry the ultimate burger patty
Step 1, pan fry your burger until the bottom side is golden brown.
Flip the burger over and fry for 1/2 the time of the previous side.
Sprinkle your favourite cheese on top of the burger.
Add 2 tbsp of water to the pan and place your bread roll top on top of the burger.
Put a bowl over the top of the burger and cook until the burger bun is soft and delicious (the burger will be perfect if its centre temperature is 48C!)
