Ingredients

50ml gin
30ml lemon juice
25ml sugar syrup
25ml cream
15ml egg white
drops of orange blossom
soda water

Method

It’s a super simple one.
Shake the top 6 ingredients together (no ice needed) then top with soda water, sit back and enjoy 😎
