It is cocktail o’clock and we have a goodun’ for you today!
A Whiskey Sour was by far a family favourite Quarantini during lockdown and it is sure to warm the soul and put a gleaming smile on your face (whiskey has a tendency of doing that well)!
2 nice serving glasses
1 egg white
ice, ice baby
First, make the sugar syrup – boil together the sugar and water to make a syrup. Best to do this in advance so its cool.
Add egg white to your cocktail shaker, and shake until frothy. Add all your other ingredients and shake over ice!
Serve and enjoy!
