And now, to get your palette going, we have the White Russian Mocktail!

Ingredients

Kahlúa Substitute:
250ml boiling water
30g coffee
50g brown sugar
1 cinnamon stick
1 vanilla pod scraped

Mocktail:
25ml sweetened condensed milk
25ml milk
50ml Khalua substitute
Ice

Method

To make the Khalúa Substitute bring water to a boil and pour over the remaining ingredients, and allow to steep for 10 mins.

Stir then sieve.

Pour into a small bottle.

For the Mocktail, fill a glass with ice.

Add the Kahlúa substitute.

Mix the milk and condensed milk then pour over.

And there you have it, the White Russian Mocktail!

25ml Kahlúa
25ml milk/cream
25/50ml vodka
Ice

Method

Fill a glass with ice.

Add the Kahlúa and Vodka.

Finish off with a layer of your favourite milk/cream.
