In this class you will learn how to make one of Taiwan’s most loved and delicious dishes – The Bao! including an array of mouthwateringly delicious fillings!

Oh gosh! We are officially obsessed with these pillows of heaven that are Gua Bao! After lots of practice we have mastered our favourites, and, as it’s in our nature to share, we want to teach you our top 3 on this delightful Bao Class.

This class will teach you how to kneed, steam and fill beautiful Bao Buns. You will be waving good-bye to the days of average bao, and learning how to not only achieve perfect, fluffy, dreamlike buns but creating a burst of flavour in their fillings!

On arrival you will be greeted by our friendly chefs and a glass of wine. You will then take a seat for an informative demonstration displaying what you’ll be making during the class – Bao of course, but alongside a delicious fresh Asian Salad. Once you have absorbed a whole host of Bao Bun tips and knowledge, you will head to your stations and recreate the little dreams – with the hands-on help from our knowledgeable chefs!

At the end of the class, you will sit down at our large dining table and enjoy your creations amongst great company with more wine!.

You will leave this Bao Class an absolute Bao pro, taking your knowledge home with you to impress your friends & family!
