Love a good Beef Wellington but keep getting soggy pastry or don’t know how to perfect the cooking time in order to get that perfect pink? Well look no further as we are here to teach you to make the most Britiful Beef Wellington!

In this Best of British – Beef Wellington Class, we will have you preparing and creating the best Beef Wellington you’ve ever damn tasted! Accompanied by some gorgeous, perfectly cooked fondant potatoes and all important chantenay carrots…oh and don’t forget the Bread & Butter Pudding, after all it wouldn’t be Best of British without it!

After being welcomed with a glass of wine, you will take a seat whilst we give you a full demonstration on all elements of the dinner. You will then head to your stations to get cooking whilst sipping on free flowing wine, and don’t fear, our chefs are full to the brim with tips and tricks and there to help throughout the whole time you are cooking.

Once you have cooked up a British storm, you will fill up your glasses (once more) and take a seat at the dining table to enjoy the fruits of your labour amongst great company and plenty of wine.

This class will teach you how to cook like a true British chef!
