Learn how to make one of Japans most delicious dish; ‘The Katsu Curry’, at our fabulous Katsu Curry Workshop! Due to popular demand from our little chefs at our Kids Cooking Club, we decided to make a Katsu Curry Workshop for those grown up children, some people call adults.
At the start of the class, you will watch the head chef do a demonstration on how to whip up the best Katsu Curry, including helpful tips and tricks to make your chicken as gloriously succulent and crispy as possible and your curry that perfect katsu flavour!
You will then be set free to get hands-on and make your own Katsu Curry. The chefs will be going round the kitchen to help you and answer any questions you may have so you can eventually recreate the dish at home with confidence and ease.
When you are finished cooking you will get to tuck into the tastiest homemade Katsu Curry you have ever eaten surrounded by new friends, chatter and good tunes!
This event is BYOB (Bring Your Own Booze), in fact this is encouraged as, let’s face it, who doesn’t want to cook with a glass of something delicious in their hand?
