Our popular Bao Class has been given a Vegan makeover! We have been hard at work perfecting Taiwanese Vegan Gua Bao, and we are excited to share the results with you in our Vegan Bao Class.

This hands-on class will teach you how to knead, shape, steam and fill beautiful light Vegan Bao while also whipping up some delicious fillings to stuff your buns with. And, not only will you have utterly delicious bao but you will also get bottomless wine throughout the evening – what more could you want?!

On arrival you will be greeted by our friendly chefs and a glass of wine. You will then take a seat for an informative demonstration showing what you’ll be making during the class – Bao of course, but alongside that, a delicious fresh Asian Salad.
Once you have absorbed a whole host of Bao tips and tricks, you will get hands-on, recreating the little fluffy dreams, with the help from our knowledgeable chefs.
At the end of the class, you will get to sit down and indulge in your creations amongst great company with even more wine!

You will leave the class having gained some fantastic new Bao skills and recipes to show off to your friends & family.
