These Easy Entertaining Classes will provide you with a globetrotting menu, which will be demonstrated at the beginning by our experienced chefs! After the demo and cooking up a feast yourselves, you can sit down and sample your creations after the class, all with bottomless wine, of course. It’s the perfect opportunity for us to show you just how easy entertaining can be!
In our British Class we will be celebrating the best of British, with a menu and produce that showcase the best Britain has to offer.
For our South American class, the menu will be considerably more exotic, whether you consider Pisco to be Peruvian or Chilean (it really does depend on who you ask), this class’s dishes reflect South America’s indigenous cuisine as well as how it has been influenced by the tastes of Europe.
On the Catalonia to Venice (via Provence) part of these glorious Easy Entertaining evenings, we will be taking a culinary trip from the home of Romesco to the Provençal coastline ending up in Northern Italy; these dishes are delicious classics that will be an absolute joy to make!
Last but by no means least; Athens to Ankara (via Istanbul) will be starting in Greece and heading for the Middle East; these dishes are as colourful and exotic as they are delicious!
