This Best of British: Gastro Pub Grub Class is really the way to a meat lovers heart! With 2 beef dishes and capping it off with something delectably chocolatey they will leave feeling like a king.
As you walk through the door you will be greeted with a glass of wine or refreshing cold beer, which will be flowing throughout the evening!
You will then settle in, with pint in hand, to watch a short demonstration which will get you raring to jump head first into our kitchens.
To start with you will make a beautiful Steak Tartare, then you will be met with more beef; Sirloin Steak served with the chips to end all chips – not cooked just once, not twice but three times a lady (yes we are showing off!). We guarantee these Triple Cooked Chips will be spectacular!
Your Steak & Chips will be served with a smooth and buttery Truffle Béarnaise and some fresh Vine Thyme Roasted Tomatoes.
And finally, to end this delectable feast, you will create the smoothest and deliciously rich Chocolate Mousse, which will really cap off your culinary heaven!
