Description

Our January Detox Cooking Class will welcome in the new year with a light menu composed of easy to make, nutritious and – most importantly – delicious food.

At The Avenue, we believe that healthy food doesn’t mean tasteless and boring and this is what we will show you with our easy to follow demonstrations and simple recipes.

This evening will not be served with alcohol (to avoid temptation for those taking part in Dry January) but, do feel free to BYOB if it is something you are not planning on giving up.
