Fill your soul with delicious aromas of freshly baked treats from our Ready Steady Bake Class. Baking doesn’t have to be daunting and with our tips and techniques, we’ll show you how to produce perfect bakes every time!
One of our, now not so secret, secrets is to use the brilliant Clarence Court Duck Eggs, they make an amazingly light fluffy bake and will make you feel like you are eating sweet sweet clouds!
During this hands-on class, we will start off with a demonstration, teaching you everything you need to know to create the delicious recipes yourself, along with some useful tips and tricks on how to ensure a successful bake. Then, with guidance from our dedicated chefs, you will get to recreate them easily in our kitchens, and later at home.
You will leave the class with a load of sweet treats to take home and share with your friends or family, or of course indulge in yourself!

I did the ready steady bake course where we made red velvet cupcakes, carrot cake, the best chocolate brownies ever and shortbread. It was really fun and I learnt loads about baking. I’m actually very good now! Everyone was so nice there. You do the course in pairs, so I would recommend coming with a friend or family. I didn’t and ended up with a stranger, but that was still really enjoyable. I’d recommend this to people who have no idea about baking. It was really fun and I think you should all try it out! I really enjoyed myself! Richard the chef was so patient, funny and everything was so easy to follow. Mikey was also on hand and very helpful and friendly. We made vanilla sponge cake, shortbread, carrot cake and brownies. My faviourate to bake was the brownies! So moist and gooey. The best tasting brownies ever.
