Whether you wish to expand your plant-based horizons or just want to dive straight in to some delicious dishes with great company, during our Vegan Cooking Class you’ll learn how to cook some absolutely stunning plant-based dishes.

We know vegan food doesn’t always have a great rep as it can sometimes be difficult to make vegan food particularly exciting when you aren’t that used to making it. Well! we’ve designed a class that aims to broaden your horizons of plant-based food, ensuring that you leave with a huge array of show stopping dishes to impress anyone!

The class will begin with an informative demonstration (and a glass of wine!), then having learnt about what and how you are going to cook you will head to the cooking stations and get your cook on. You will prepare your delicious courses in our fun and relaxed kitchen, while the chefs go round helping you and answering any questions you may have.
Once everyone is ready and have seasoned their dishes to perfection you will sit round our gorgeous homely dining table and enjoy the fruits of your labour in true dinner party style – a great class for anyone, whether you’re a committed vegan or would just like to brush up on your plant based cookery!

N.B. One course will be prepared by the chefs due to time constraints but will be covered in the demo so you can still recreate everything at home.

    The Avenue Cookery School’s ‘Vegan Class’ was fun, informative and very enjoyable all round. Diana, Richard and the team really set a helpful, fun and educational tone. Stirring something in a pot with a glass of wine in hand is one of my favourite past time 😉 Certainly would come back!

    A wonderful evening, great fun, terrific recipes. If ever you felt vegan cooking and vegan dishes were dull which, as a non-vegan, I did; then make the effort to join is this evening class to see just how wrong that perception can be. We made pitta bread, hummous, outrageously good moussaka and apple crumble; and then ate it all up and washed it down with some great wine, what’s not to like about that? We thoroughly enjoyed the evening and will be back for more.
