Description

Whether you wish to expand your plant-based horizons or just want to dive straight into some delicious dishes with great company and bottomless wine during our fun and sociable Vegan Cooking Class, you’ll learn how to cook some absolutely stunning vegan restaurant worthy dishes.

The class will begin with an informative demonstration (and a glass of wine!). Then, having learnt what and how you are going to cook your dishes, you will get your cook on and prepare your delicious courses with help from our friendly chefs.
Once everyone is ready and dishes are seasoned to perfection you will sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labour in true dinner party style – a great class for anyone, whether you’re a committed vegan or would just like to brush up on your plant-based cookery!

    The Avenue Cookery School’s ‘Vegan Class’ was fun, informative and very enjoyable all round. Diana, Richard and the team really set a helpful, fun and educational tone. Stirring something in a pot with a glass of wine in hand is one of my favourite past time 😉 Certainly would come back!

    A wonderful evening, great fun, terrific recipes. If ever you felt vegan cooking and vegan dishes were dull which, as a non-vegan, I did; then make the effort to join is this evening class to see just how wrong that perception can be. We made pitta bread, hummous, outrageously good moussaka and apple crumble; and then ate it all up and washed it down with some great wine, what’s not to like about that? We thoroughly enjoyed the evening and will be back for more.
