Homemade Butter

Ingredients 300ml double cream Maldon salt  Method  In a bowl using a whisk, beat the cream until the cream has separated into butter and buttermilk. Add Maldon salt to the butter, to taste. (Keep the buttermilk for the soda bread or you can add it to scones replacing some of the milk!)
